Users who have contacted the help desk recently may be aware that we have been on a push for client feedback and testimonials. We have been really pleased with the comments received and we are presently seeing over 95% of the near 300 company reviews submitted rating our service five out of five star.

It is great that we have so many established relationships with long standing customers and is something that we strive to maintain.
Customer Service Response Times
Our tech support team work tirelessly and we pride ourselves on the average ticket response time. Typically a support request is responded to within 5 minutes and if you wish to give us a call you are usually answered immediately.
On average we send out 150-200 ticket responses per day and it is very rare that a ticket isn’t resolved the same day as the query is raised.
