All Clook staff are now DBS checked

We take data security incredibly seriously at Clook and work hard to ensure that any potential vulnerabilities at the network, hardware or software layers are patched to prevent breaches. This has resulted in an impressive 99.999% uptime level across our network – something we’re very proud of.

We’ve now taken this one step further and we’re pleased to announce that all staff at Clook are now DBS checked (you’ll also be pleased to hear that they all passed with flying colours!).

As far as we are aware, we are the only hosting provider in the UK that has ensured all staff are DBS checked. So whether you are an existing customer, or are thinking of using our services, you can be sure that you can place your trust in whichever member of our team you deal with.

What is a DBS check?

Previously known as a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is a record of an individual’s unprotected Convictions, Cautions, Reprimands and Warnings and can also include intelligence held by the police and/or the DBS that relates to that individual and their suitability for a job position.
