Seven months in, he has come on in leaps and bounds within the Clook family. Let’s find out a little more about him.
ℹ️ Tell us a little bit about your role at Clook?
Hi, I’m Carl and I’m the newest member of the support team! My role includes answering support tickets when they come in and handling live chats along with my fellow team members. I have become known as the “SSL Guy” after installing 100’s of certificates in my first couple of weeks here.
ℹ️ What’s an everyday ritual you have to do?
Every morning I have to have a cup of tea with a drop of honey to start the day off right. Usually, after work, I will go for a walk to get some fresh air.
ℹ️ Tell us an interesting fact about yourself?
Last year I completed Tough Mudder Yorkshire which saw me dunked in an ice bath, electrocuted and covered head to toe in mud, it was all for a good cause though!
