Music lover, weekend tinkerer and part of our technical support team, let’s find out a little more about him.
ℹ️ Tell us a little bit about your role at Clook?
I’m part of the technical support team here at Clook. Part of my role is answering tickets, the phone and live chat while keeping one eye on our server monitoring system. It’s good to get back to the office to separate home and work a little better, see the team again, and to share a peri-peri takeaway on Friday lunchtimes!
ℹ️ What’s an everyday ritual you have to do?
Every shift is different in tech support and having two young kids means each day is pretty unique from morning through to the evening. I do try to check on the news headlines once a day – if I get time!
ℹ️ Tell us an interesting fact about yourself?
I’m working on my converted garage at home, my desk is covered in tools, bits of computer hardware for tinkering with, and enough monitors to make it look like the cockpit of a 737.
I also have plenty of gaffer tape for when something moves and it shouldn’t, and WD40 for when something doesn’t move and it should. I’m also a trained sound engineer and love to write and produce dance music. I used to gig all over the place when I was younger and built my own sound system for extra bass. Mind you, I prefer sleeping to staying up all night these days.
