Clook Internet has been the best host I've had by far. I hosted about 20 sites at the time I moved to Clook and had stuck with my previous host for years longer than I'd wanted to as the thought of moving that many sites was quite daunting. Clook moved all the sites for me with absolutely no problems at all. Their support is superb either by phone or by support ticket. Our SSL cert ran out on one site due to an oversight on our part and within 14 mins of first raising a ticket on clook, LetsEncrypt was installed on the server and a free SSL up and running whilst a new EV cert is sorted. The customer service at Clook has been excellent, Clook helped me migrate all my websites over from my server with minimum pain and hassle. I also think the quality of the hosting is high for a shared hosting solution. The website speed is really good and with a few tweaks to some existing websites I have managed to match, if not in some cases, beat the website speed that was being achieved on my virtual cloud server. The support is fantastic as well, I have always received prompt and speedy responses to any queries. I would highly recommend Clook to all business owners and especially to any businesses within the digital industry who are looking to provide a good quality service to their clients and want a provider they can rely on!

11 years ago, I set-up my own web development business and was recommended to use Clook for the hosting of all my websites. I have not been disappointed. Their support has been absolutely first class and genuinely 24/7. There has been barely any server downtime during that time and I now have over 50 websites running on my shared server. First of all, Clook Internet was recommended by the people behind a mailing list service I use, and I have not been disappointed. Setup was easy, and even migration from shared hosting to reseller hosting has been quite painless. What is best about the company is that they speak in plain English, unlike a few other providers I have used over the years. They intuitively know how to respond, based on your level of comfort with technical details. Instructions are precise and friendly, no matter who I speak with. And they are quick. Often a problem is resolved with one quick question and answer. In short, I could not be happier.
I have been using Clook hosting for about 10 years, maybe even a bit longer. There are a few things that stand out for me. First the support is always there, usually replying within a couple of minutes and they know their stuff. As a designer/reseller who does not have a great depth of knowledge on the server side of things having confidence in the support team is a must have. Second, the servers have been totally reliable, and for shared hosting pretty quick. In fact recently one app I was having problems with had their support commenting on how impressed they were by how fast their app was running. An this was before I turned the cache on or added a CND. Not bad for a shared hosting account. Lastly, continuity. Seems like I deal with people who have been around a while. There does not seem to be a great turnover in staff. Having heard of other good hosting companies that were bought out by larger competitors only for support and quality to go out the window chasing profit. Keep up the great work!

We've been with Clook for the best part of a decade after having some horrible experiences with other 'managed' hosts. We've had shared accounts and a dedicated server with them. We moved our website to Clook a few years ago after several unhappy experiences with other companies. It was an inspired choice as we have had excellent support ever since and would recommend Clook without reservation.
I have been creating websites since 2001 and first used Clook through a client back in (I think!) 2006. They are by far the best hosting company I've used and I encourage all my clients to use them. The support is second-to-none. You never wait more than a few minutes to get a response; I have even had queries answered in under a minute. The hardware is excellent too. I have benchmarked PHP scripts and MySQL queries and they are always blazing fast on Clook's servers — even in a shared environment. They have gone the extra mile for me many times, even letting me use their SMTP server for an online forum free-of-charge. I once had a client with one of the bigger hosting companies and they were getting blacklisted by Spamhaus. The hosting company said it wasn't their job to fix this and did nothing about it. Even before we're signed up with Clook they did more to fix the problem than the original hosting company ever did. We moved the client over to Clook's cloud service (which was actually cheaper and better than what they were paying before), Clook helped fix the problem, which has never emerged again since. This is just one example of how things have improved when I've moved a client over to Clook. Here's to many more happy years of hosting!

I have been using Clook now for a few years for a Wordpress and OpenCart website. I am impressed with Clook as I have only had to raise 3 support tickets - each one was solved satisfactory. There have been very little downtime (minutes from memory) when they updated servers which I was informed about well in advance. I describe them like the Golidlocks story, not too big, not too small, but just the right size. Small enough to get the rapid personal attention you want for an important service like hosting a website, but big enough to have all the robust systems and 24/7 support you expect too. I couldn't recommend them more highly as my 14 years using them to host my own and my clients' websites illustrates.

I have been using Clook for the last 10 years. Apart from a strong hardware infrastructure it is the service that never fails to impress me. Some companies have tickets and if you are lucky they respond. Clook also have a ticket system but they respond in minutes, that's 24/7! The responses are are of excellent quality,fully understandable friendly and courteous. This should become your "goto" company for hosting solutions.
The tech support (Will in particular) went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to helping me out when I first signed up.
Yet again the support team have proved that a response in minutes to a new ticket, to then close the ticket 3/4 hour later having done a html and db restore is truely worth every penny. My previous host would have taken over 12 hours to respond to each question they ask in their response. Many thanks to you all there at Clook, certainly will always get my recommendation with such solid service.

I'm not very good with technology and computers so when it comes to setting up an email account on my computer it's like total hell. Clock was recommended by a friend to told me that they were based in the uk and that they had a help line which was good. Because of my poor technical knowledge of the computer world I had to give them a call which nothing was too much trouble, they spoke in "simple terms" and not IT waffle, which was great for me. Jamie Hoyle is really helpful and is a real asset to the company, thank you very much for all your help.
I have had 50+ domains running on a Clook Reseller account for a couple of years now. When you need help and support I cannot fault the response you get. Tickets are responded to within 5 minutes, the support staff are very expert and get right to the problem and solution usually within a couple of tickets. They are helpful and volunteer to sort out the problem if its within their power. Occasionally, maybe when its a bit complicated, I phone direct and get absolutely the same service. I cannot think how they could reasonably improve their service. Thank you Clook.

Clook have been our main hosting provider for over a decade, and host hundreds of sites for us. They have consistently provided exceptional support and have never disappointed us. Over this time, I've dealt with countless other hosting providers (Namesco, Eackspace, 1&1, Fasthosts, UKhosts, Cloudways to name but a few) all of which have disappointed and generally have support staff who know less about Unix than me. Clook on the other hand are always one step ahead of me and I can always trust their advice. Clook are big enough to provide a solid, reliable 24/7 service, but small enough to provide us with the personal service we need. I couldn't recommended them more highly.

We opened our reseller account with Clook in 2005. Support tickets are usually responded to within a few minutes, and usually resolved in a similar time frame. The technicians are excellent and almost always know their stuff. Uptime is excellent, we are rarely aware of any downtime on any of our sites. We moved from 1&1, where tickets took 3 days to get a response, and then it was invariably a request for more information, so I can honestly say we have been delighted with the service Clook have provided us for the last 12 years, and I hope they will continue to support us long into the future.

We had been experiencing real issues with our previous hosts. Clook miograted both our Wordpress sites, ensured they were working correctly, set up the email addresses and got us to a position where we could finally update our sites without the constant issues. Excellent service.
I've been with Clook since 2009 and am very happy with the speed and level of support. Usually within minutes of logging a ticket it's sorted. Most of those tickets are not because something has gone wrong from Clook's side of things, but me asking for advice or an additional feature to be added to my cloud server. I could write a book about the excellence of Clook, but I'll keep this short. I've been with Clook for over three years. From my very first sales chat with founder and director, Chris James, to the latest request to restore a site after an update mess-up yesterday, speedily handled by Si in technical support, I've never had anything less than 5 star service. I started hosting 10 clients on a reseller-20 package and now have over 20 clients - some government funded - on a reseller-50 package and a cloud server. Dealing with Clook is similar to the feeling you get when dealing with the very best family run enterprise, with the added bonus that you are part of the family. When I had a problem on Christmas morning, it was Chris James who dealt with it personally. I cannot recommend Clook highly enough - if I could give them 6 stars I would.

As a web designer I work regularly with clients who use a mix of all of the big hosting companies. They do tend to be more reliable these days but when you need to engage their support it's almost always a huge hassle, and sometimes an enormous stress inducing one. This just doesn't happen with Clook. Their email support is so good I hardly ever have to phone them. One email and within a minute or two I get a detailed response and then problem is usually sorted. The phone support is great as well. No hanging on for an hour and then getting cut off at 8pm as happened to me yesterday with one of the major UK hosting companies. I cannot stress this enough. You get what you pay for. Look as a wee bit more expensive but you save in the long run with reliability and amazing support.

Started with a small reseller account 14 years ago and have expanded and increased my hosting up to a large cloud server over the years. Clook have always been there with superb quick support and ever increasing hosting options that mean I have never thought about hosting anywhere else.
Mainly by enabling me to forget about the hosting of my sites. I moved to Clook over a decade ago after a bad hosting experience. After a few months of great service I thought they were perfect but I have to say that since then their professionalism has just got better and better.

Had to come on and write a review because I had yet again been utterly staggered by the speed and efficiency of Clook's customer service. As follows: At 13:14, I opened a ticket on the Clook support site asking if they were able to support Let's Encrypt SSL certificates. At 13:16, they replied to say absolutely, they could add it to my reseller account and it would then be active for all domains I add, should they go ahead? At 13:21 (I was doing the dishes) I replied to say that that would be great At 13:23 they replied to say it was now enabled. I tested the site and it was already on HTTPS. Never seen anything like it. If you are in any doubt about signing up with Clook, trust me and do it :)
I have used many companies in the past, some start off well but the quality never lasts and this is down to them trying to save money IMO, cramming servers to save money so they can offer mega cheap deals, then everything falls apart. Better to pay more and get what you need on a consistent basis, that being very fast and competent service and reliable servers with constant uptime. Clook is company I trust, having now been with them for many years, I know when I need help it's there and I don't have to worry about my hosting like I used too. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is serious about their web prescence.
This company is amazing! The service I have received over the last 10 years has been outstanding. I have had very little reason to contact them as everything just "works". I use a reseller account and have never had a single problem directly linked to Clook. However, as we all know clients are something else, and on the very odd occasion one of my clients has messed up, Clook have stepped in on my behalf and within minutes (usually seconds!) corrected any issues. Using Clook has saved me a lot of hassle and I can sleep at night knowing everything is just 'working' as it should. I cannot recommend their solutions enough.

I've hosted my most important sites with Clook for more years than I care to remember. From time to time I've also used other hosts in addition, but I've now consolidated them all onto my Clook account. The reasons are that their servers have been rock-solid, any essential maintenance is always flagged up well in advance, but most of all their support has been superb. Whenever I've had issues (which have usually turned out to be something I've done) their support team have been unfailingly helpful and their response times have been amazingly quick. If only all companies - in whatever sector - were so good!
I am very happy with the support and hosting I get from Clook, I have been hosting sites for nearly 20 years and no other company has even come close to matching ther performance I receive here.
The speed of support is excellent. I am by no means an expert web developer but have a blog to share my research work. I wanted to make some fundamental changes and the 24/7 support offered meant I could do this on a Sunday when I was less busy with other work! The service is not only swift but the team communicate in a clear way which means I can action their suggestions easily! Jargon free support!

I quite honestly cannot fault Clook. I've used a number of hosting providers over my career but none who have offered the service and more importantly, the support, that Clook do. We're not big spenders in the grand scheme of things either - but the support we receive makes it feel like you have your own dedicated support channel. Providing a web server connected to the Internet is easy. Backing that up with first class support, every time, is not.
If @clookinternet's hosting is as good as their customer service, then I can see us getting on well!

I have been working in this business for a long time, from Hollywood to Bearwood... Quite a trip. Over the years I've worked with a lot of brilliant hosting companies staffed to the eyeballs with world class technical talent seeking the best from their servers and internet backbone connections. I have to say that Clook are better than any. What's so superb is the responsiveness of their technical customer support. Allegedly, they say a support response time can ten minutes, in practice they respond so quickly, it's like having an Apache server genius in the same room as me. I am awed by this. I have total confidence in them. Also I'd like to mention the https/ssl situation which is an issue for all websites big and small coming Fall 2017, and particularly for small shoestring budget sites; Clook have been way ahead of the curve by enabling LetsEncrypt, a free SSL service on their servers. It's a game changer. If you need a hosting company for your web endeavours, Clook are the greatest.
Switched to Clook around 10 years ago after using a slower US based provider, have never looked back, literally any problem I have had has been sorted by a great team, and I think the downtime has been minutes over the past 10 years.
