Darian recently joined us, bursting with enthusiasm and brimming with fresh ideas. His role might be technical in nature, but his people-oriented approach and earnest curiosity make him a perfect fit for our diverse, dynamic team. We wanted to give you a glimpse into who Darian is beyond his job title, sharing his passions, motivations, and the unique perspective he brings to our organization.

Tell us a bit about yourself?
Hi, my name is Darian Levy, I come from South Africa. I have lived in England for 5 years and I am enjoying my time living here.
What drew you to our family here at Clook Internet?
I love the values and principles that Clook has set, and their focus on always making the customer their top priority. We always looks after its team and is helping me to grow as a person as well as in my role. I have found everything that enables me to do so here at Clook.
Can you tell us about your role at Clook and what your typical day might look like?
My role at Clook is as a Support Technician (Apprentice). My typical day so far is learning and growing my knowledge so that I am able to prepare and start answering tickets and helping our customers. Currently, I’m learning and growing my understanding of cPanel as well as Linux. I have amazing mentors within the Clook team who are helping me and supporting me through the process.
What’s it like joining our experienced team, especially with our solid background in cPanel and all-inclusive services?
I love being surrounded by such a nice group of people who want the best for me and for my career. They are always there to help me when help is needed.
It’s clear to me that our goal is to provide our customers with the best support possible, hence why we have professionals on support with the knowledge and the right attitude for the role.
What’s got you buzzing about your apprenticeship here at Clook?
What has got me buzzing is the fact that I know every day is going to be different.
My colleagues always go the extra mile and a half for every customer.
How do you like to spend your downtime?
In my downtime I do a variety of activities from playing football to lifting weights and playing video games, I also like going out with friends.
