By applying for our services, you agree that this agreement shall apply to all services rendered. This agreement shall come into force if and when we notify you to confirm acceptance of your service order. This is our standard terms and conditions document and is applicable to all clients for all services.

The installation, hosting or use of any of the following scripts within our shared and reseller hosting environment is strictly prohibited for reasons related to server stability and security. Upon request, we would be happy to recommend alternative solutions for consideration that will likely meet or exceed your requirements.

- UltimateBBS / UBB
- IkonBoard
- All versions of YABB forum
- CGI-Proxy, Anonymizer and all other Proxy scripts
- IRC related scripts
- Chat room applications (not including 100% applet based)
- phpShell and all other command execution scripts
- Webmail and eGallery modules of PHP-Nuke
- 'Matts' FormMail
Banned Subject Matter arrow
Due to many problems in the past involved with server resources/stability and breach of terms and conditions we do not permit the hosting of websites related to:
- Adult content
- Distribution of torrent files and other files related to download distribution (trackers, etc)
- HYIP / High Yield Investment Programs
- Audio / Visuals that you do not retain express permission to distribute
